Actioneer is a product of Glitchcraft Inc. Glitchcraft Inc operates the Actioneer demo and sales messaging program.
What you are signing up for
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the signup form, you agree to recurring automated marketing text messages from Actioneer, a product of Glitchcraft Inc, at the number you provide. Messages include AI demo conversations, demo scheduling and sales follow-up about Actioneer services. You may interact with an AI agent.
Your choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may contact us by email without agreeing to texts. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. SMS signup does not grant consent to AI voice calls or email marketing.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Frequency depends on your demo conversation and follow-up. Your mobile provider’s messaging and data charges apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out, after which marketing texts will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact connect@actioneer.com.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be provided only to service providers that help deliver our messages, solely to operate this messaging program, or where disclosure is required by law.
