Common questions

Do agents give investment advice?

No. Agents give facts from your records: holdings, transactions, SIP status and what is pending. They make no recommendations, return claims or suitability calls. When an investor wants advice, the agent books a registered advisor in the same conversation and sends them the brief.

Can a caller change bank details, nominee or contact details by voice?

No. Those changes go through your secure flow, such as the app, a one-time code or a signed form. Payout details can’t be changed by voice, and suspected clones are routed to your fraud team.

How do agents stay within our regulator’s rules?

Disclosures, scripts and contact rules are set per product and region. All conversations are recorded and retained under your record-keeping policy, and Pulse scores each one against your rubric.

Where does investor data live?

In your own cloud account or a fully air-gapped deployment, in the region you choose, with the model provider and version you choose. Agents are trained on your own investor results inside that boundary, and a new version goes live only if it beats the current one on your rubric.

Which languages do agents speak?

More than 20 languages and accents, including Hindi and other major Indian languages, Arabic and English. Agents switch when the investor does, and all languages are scored against the same rubric.
