Common questions

Do agents give clinical advice?

No. Agents do not diagnose, change doses, interpret results or triage symptoms. They recognise clinical intent and hand off to a nurse, pharmacist or doctor with the context attached, or book the right appointment.

What happens if a patient reports a worrying symptom?

The agent stops the routine script. If it sounds like an emergency, it tells the patient to contact emergency services and alerts your team. Otherwise it routes the patient to a nurse by urgency, with the transcript and discharge context.

How is health data protected across regions?

Identity is verified before any disclosure, only the minimum necessary is said, and personal details are redacted from transcripts. Consent and contact rules are set per region, and a BAA is available for US deployments.

Can it run in our own cloud?

Yes. Actioneer runs in your own cloud account or fully air-gapped, and you choose the inference region, model provider and model version. Agents are trained on your own patient results inside that boundary, and a new version goes live only if it beats the current one on your rubric.

Which languages do agents speak?

More than 20 languages and accents, including Hindi and other major Indian languages, Arabic and English. Agents switch when the patient does, and all languages are scored against the same rubric.
