Actioneer is a product of Glitchcraft Inc. Glitchcraft Inc operates the Actioneer demo and sales messaging program.
Information we collect
When you opt in, we collect your mobile number and record your consent, the wording you accepted, the signup page and policy links, and the date and time. We use a keyed hash of your network address to limit abuse; the signup record does not store your raw IP address. If you message us, our messaging service processes your messages to conduct the conversation.
How we use it
We use this information for AI demo conversations, demo scheduling and sales follow-up about Actioneer services, to honor your messaging choices, and to maintain a record of consent. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be provided only to service providers that help deliver our messages, solely to operate this messaging program, or where disclosure is required by law.
SMS consent does not authorize third-party marketing, email marketing or AI voice calls. Any broader sharing provisions in our general privacy policy do not extend to SMS opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for help. You can also contact connect@actioneer.com to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may retain records needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
