Management THOMAS G. HAGAN, President & CEO of Actioneer and Board Chairman, is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty-five years' experience in developing and running successful high-technology companies. A pioneer in the field of computer graphics, he was co-founder and engineering vice president of Adage, Inc., a publicly held company. After leaving Adage, Mr. Hagan co-founded Camex, Inc., which became a leading supplier of pre-press computer graphics systems for the printing and publishing industry. He was president and CEO of Camex from its founding until he left after negotiating its successful sale to DuPont. Mr. Hagan is responsible for Actioneer's general management and finance. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from MIT.
ROBIN GRAHAM, director, brings extensive
financial management experience to his position at Actioneer. Mr. Graham
has served on the board of directors of The Professional School of Psychological
Studies, Orange City Bank, and The Optical Manufacturers' Association.
From
1964 to 1978, Mr. Graham was president, CEO and director of Armorlite,
Inc., the pioneer developer and manufacturer of plastic optical lenses,
and participated
in its successful sale to Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing. Between 1979 and
1997, he was chairman, president, and CEO of Graham International, Inc.,
a holding company for investment trusts. Mr. Graham received a bachelor
of arts in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and
a master
of psychology from Professional School for Psychological Studies, CA.
JOSEPH P. ALLEN, director, is a former astronaut and is currently a principal of Argotyche, a consulting and investment company which he co-founded after retiring as Chairman of the Board of Veridian. After going public, Veridian, an information technology and advanced engineering company, was acquired by General Dynamics. Dr. Allen has had successful careers with NASA and in private industry. He served as both a mission specialist and a mission controller for Apollo and Space Shuttle flights, flew two Space Shuttle flights, was director of astronaut training and operations, and became assistant administrator of NASA for legislative affairs. In 1985, Dr. Allen joined Space Industries, Inc. (SII) and was appointed a Director when SII merged with Calspan Corp. in 1993. In 1994 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer and the next year he was named Chairman of the Board of Calspan SRL Corp. In 1997, with the Calspan SRL/Veda International, Inc. merger, Dr. Allen was appointed Chairman of Veridian. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Allen holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Yale University and a B.S. degree in mathematics and physics from DePauw University.
STANLEY GOLDSTEIN, director, is the retired chairman of CVS Corporation (formerly Melville Corporation), a position he assumed in January 1987. Mr. Goldstein co-founded Consumer Value Stores (CVS), a retail drug chain. CVS was acquired by Melville Corporation in 1969, at which time Mr. Goldstein became President of the CVS Division. In 1984, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Melville Corporation and in January 1986 became President. In January 1987, he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Goldstein has served on the Board of Directors of CVS Corporation, Bell Atlantic Corporation, Footstar, Inc., Linens n' Things Inc., and on the Board of Overseers of the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. He has also served on several boards of not-for-profit organizations, particularly in the field of secondary-school education. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
DOUGLAS WOESSNER, director, is a private investor who for over fifteen years has been doing venture capital investing in small high tech companies, sometimes serving on their boards. He has also done residential real estate development and has worked as a stock broker, and earlier worked in restaurant management and in the fields of food microbiology and medical genetics. He graduated with majors in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Indianapolis and did graduate work in immunology at the University of Colorado.
