Download Instructions Should I "Save" or "Run" ? When you click on 'MSI File' or 'EXE File' Download buttons you will see a window similar to this: 
Usually, the best option is to click Save to save the file to disk (we suggest saving the file to the Desktop where it can be found easily). We recommend you save your work and close all open programs, then double-click the downloaded file to run the Installation program. When the Installation process is successfully completed you can delete the downloaded file from the Desktop. By choosing Run Installation process starts automatically once the file is downloaded to a temporary location on your computer. If you have any problems, please contact Technical Support.
